A journey that began on January 6, 1984, in a small workshop in Serra de' Conti, where three young men — Sauro, Fabio, and Gianfranco — decided to acquire OMP, a company that had been producing nuts and fasteners since the 1960s.
Cam-driven machines were the tireless companions of a promising beginning.
From that small core, OMP prospered year after year, going through relocations and steady growth until establishing its home in the picturesque town of Serra de' Conti.
Today, we are a close-knit team of 15 people, operating 22 modern CNC machines, with a steadily increasing turnover in recent years.
Looking to the future, our commitment continues to grow: expanding our expertise, embracing innovation, and continuing to forge a successful path in the world of precision turning.

Projects and achievements
Our company specializes in the production of customized turned parts, made on the basis of specific drawings provided by our customers. We are able to work with both 2D drawings and 3D models, guaranteeing high precision in the creation of the pieces and perfect compliance with the required specifications.
Our technology
Our fleet of machines consists of advanced numerical control lathes with multi-axes and sliding headstocks, which allow us to produce pieces with increasing precision and complexity. This allows us to satisfy even the most demanding requests of our customers.

To ensure the quality of our products, we have implemented a rigorous internal control process that uses suitable measuring instruments for each type of part. This way, we can ensure that all of our products meet our high quality standards.

During 2022, our company achieved a major milestone in the production and delivery of high quality turned parts. With constant effort and dedication to work, we were able to successfully produce and ship 4,035,153 pieces. This result demonstrates our ability to supply high quality products in large quantities, always guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers. We are proud of this success and will continue to work hard to maintain and improve the quality of our products and services.
